To ensure your request is properly checked, kindly note that changes or customization may only be accommodated if the order has not yet been processed or shipped. You may send us an email at hello@rustans.com as soon as you notice the error and let us know the changes you would like to make.
Please note that we can only modify items of the same value—for example, if you intended to select a different size of the same item.
If we are unable to update the item and it has not yet been processed, we may cancel the order so you can place a new one with the correct selection.
If the order has already been processed, we will no longer be able to make changes. In this case, you may refer to our Exchanges & Returns process by clicking here.
