To begin the investigation and return process, please submit a request through our Returns Center by following the steps below:
How to Submit a Return Request
- Enter your Order Number (format: R-123456) and the email address used for the order, then click “Find your order.”
- Select the item(s) that you expected to receive.
- Choose the return reason: “I received the wrong product.”
- Upload clear photos of the item received, including the price tag and packaging. This helps us verify that the item is unused, unopened, unworn, undamaged, and unaltered.
- Select your preferred resolution:
- Replacement
- Gift Card
- Bank Refund
- Choose your return method:
- In-store return
- Return via mail
What Happens Next?
Once your request has been submitted, our Returns Team will review the details and contact you with the next steps.
