To ensure that your request can be properly reviewed, please note that order modifications or changes can only be accommodated if the order has not yet been processed or shipped. If you notice an error in your order, kindly contact us as soon as possible by emailing hello@rustans.com and provide the details of the changes you would like to request.
 

Please be advised that we can only accommodate changes involving items of the same value, such as a different size or color of the same item, subject to availability.
 

If we are unable to update the item and the order has not yet been processed, we may cancel the order to allow you to place a new order with the correct selection.
 

However, once the order has been processed and a tracking number has been assigned, we will no longer be able to make any modifications to the order.
 

For Personalized or Customized Items
 

Please note that personalization services are only available for selected products and, at this time, certain items purchased through Rustans.com cannot be personalized online. As personalization often involves brand-specific requirements and customization processes, requests for engraving, monogramming, embossing, or other personalized services may need to be facilitated directly through our stores.
