Kindly note that the Order Confirmation Email serves as the official receipt for all purchases made on Rustans.com.
If you would like to request a Sales Invoice, our team will be happy to assist you. Please note that the Sales Invoice is not included in the delivered package and must be requested separately once the order has been successfully delivered.
Additionally, Official Receipts can only be issued 24 hours after the order has been placed.
How to Request a Sales Invoice
Kindly email hello@rustans.com and provide the following details:
- Order Number
- Order Date
- Order Amount
Please note that a digital (soft copy) of the Sales Invoice will be provided by default.
Requesting a Copy with Business Details
If you would like the invoice to include your business details, we can arrange a handwritten copy. Kindly provide the following:
- Business Name
- Business Address
- Business Style
- TIN
For this option, the invoice may be personally picked up at our head office. We will provide the pickup schedule once your request has been processed.
