To initiate an investigation, kindly email us at hello@rustans.com or message us via live chat at Rustans.com, and provide the following details:
- Order Number
- Missing Item Details (Product Name, Item Code, Price)
- Photos of the Package (top, bottom, and sides)
- Photos of the Price Tags of the items received
Providing these details will allow us to create an Incident Report on your behalf and coordinate with our Operations Team for further investigation.
