To initiate an investigation, kindly email us at hello@rustans.com or message us via live chat at Rustans.com, and provide the following details:
- Order Number
- Photo of the item
- Photo of the price tag
- Photo of the hard tag
- Preferred resolution
Providing these details will allow us to create an Incident Report on your behalf and coordinate with our Operations Team for further investigation.
Please note that the investigation process may take 1–15 business days. Rest assured, we will keep you updated and promptly inform you once we receive feedback from our team.
Important Note: We may need to pull out the item to remove the hard tag. Kindly ensure that the packaging and the item are still intact. For convenience, you may also bring the item to the nearest Rustan's store to request the removal of the hard tag.
