Rustans.com offers same-day and next-day delivery for customers within select areas in Metro Manila, starting July 13, 2023. This service is ideal for urgent purchases such as outfits, last-minute gifts, and essential beauty and home items.

Delivery Fees & Minimum Spend

• Free Delivery
  • Regular customers: Minimum spend of ₱5,000
  • FSP members: Minimum spend of ₱2,500 (Note: Your FSP and Rustans.com should be linked to one email address)
• Below Minimum Spend: ₱300 delivery fee applies

Order Cut-off & Delivery Schedule

• Same-Day Delivery
  • Monday to Friday, 12:00 AM – 1:00 PM
• Next-Day Delivery
  • Monday to Thursday, 1:01 PM – 11:59 PM
  • All orders placed on Sunday

Important Notes

• Service excludes fine jewelry and bulky items
• Not available on weekends and holidays
• Orders placed during these times will be processed on the next business day

Customers with qualified same-day/next-day delivery orders will receive SMS updates from the delivery rider or courier.
