Shipping Information

We offer door-to-door delivery across the Philippines, and we aim to dispatch your orders within 24-48 processing time. From time to time, items may take longer to pack, process, or wrap. Gift wrapping requires an additional 1-2 days of processing time.

• We deliver to selected areas in the Philippines.
• However there are provinces/locations that are considered as unserviceable by our partner couriers. To see full list of unserviceable areas, click here.
• Once dispatched, a tracking number will be sent to the registered email and used to track the delivery via the Order Tracking page.
• Enjoy free delivery within the country with a minimum purchase of ₱5,000. 
• For orders below ₱5,000, we offer a standard shipping fee of ₱200 for Metro Manila, ₱300 for North and South Luzon (including Mega Manila), and ₱400 for Visayas and Mindanao deliveries.

Kindly note that a tracking number will be sent to your email once the order is ready for dispatch within 24 to 48 business hours. From there, please be informed that a status update will be available on the tracking page once the package reaches our partner courier’s warehouse. Please be advised that since we fulfill online orders from different locations, the order may be delivered in multiple packages.
