Click & Collect

Order online and pick up in-store at Rustan’s Makati (5/F Click & Collect counter). 
 

Availability/Order Window:

• Same-Day Pick-up: 12:00 AM to 1:00 PM (Mon–Fri)

Next-Day Pick-up: 1:01 PM – 11:59 PM (Mon–Thur) & 12:00 AM – 11:59 PM (Sun)
(Cut-offs may be earlier during peak season)

 Eligibility (Same-Day/Next-Day Pick-up Areas):
Las Piñas, Muntinlupa, Makati, Pasay, Marikina, Pasig, Parañaque, Pateros, Mandaluyong, San Juan, Manila, Taguig
 

Pick-Up Requirements:

• Valid photo-bearing ID
• Order/pick-up confirmation (SMS or email)
• If via representative: authorization letter, customer’s ID copy, representative’s valid ID, and order confirmation
• Signature and photo will be taken upon release
   

Pick-Up Guidelines:

• Wait for SMS/Email notification before visiting
• Orders may not be available before confirmation
   

Pick-Up Window:

• 10 calendar days from notification
• Unclaimed orders will be returned to the warehouse
   

Important Notes:

• No cancellations (except for double orders, fraud, or defective/damaged items)
• Reminder notifications will be sent for unclaimed orders
• Redelivery or repeat dispatch will incur additional fees
