Free Shipping:
- ₱5,000 minimum spend (nationwide)
- ₱2,500 for Frequent Shopper Program (FSP) members
Delivery Timeframes:
- 2–7 business days (standard areas)
- 10–12 business days (remote areas)
- Delays may occur during holidays, sales, or bad weather
Shipping Fees (below minimum spend):
- Metro Manila: ₱200
- Luzon: ₱300
- Visayas/Mindanao: ₱400
(Multiple shipments may incur separate fees)
Order Processing:
Monday–Saturday, 8 AM–5 PM (excluding holidays)

Important Notes:
- Orders cannot be modified or canceled once confirmed
- Delivery requires someone to receive the package
- After two failed delivery attempts, the order will be returned, and a refund will be processed. If you wish to have the item redelivered, a corresponding redelivery fee will apply.
