How to Reset Your Password
- Go to the Rustan’s Account Log In page and click on “Forgot Your Password?”
- Enter the email address registered to your Rustans.com account and click "Recover".
- Check your email inbox for the password reset link and follow the instructions provided.
Important Note
- Your Frequent Shoppers Program (FSP) account is different from your Rustans.com account, and there is a separate registration for each account.
Didn’t Receive the Password Reset Email?
If you did not receive the email, it may be due to one of the following:
- You do not have an existing Rustans.com account, or
- Your account has not yet been activated
Account Registration
- To create an account, kindly go back to Rustan’s Account Log In page and click "Sign Up".
- You will then be asked to enter your details and agree to the Terms of Use and Data Privacy Policy. You also have the option to subscribe to our newsletter for a special gift.
- Once done, you may click "Create Account."
Account Activation
If you already have an account but would like to activate it, kindly contact us via live chat or email hello@rustans.com and provide the following details:
- Name
- Email Address
- Request
