First, go to Rustans.com and log in to your account by clicking the Account icon at the top right corner of the page. Enter your registered email and password to access your account.
Once logged in, you will be automatically redirected to your Account page, where you can view your order history and manage your account details. Under the “Your account” section, you will see a summary of your previous orders. The list is organized into columns showing the Order Number, Date, Payment Status, Fulfillment Status, and Total Amount, giving you a clear overview of each transaction.
To view the order details, kindly click the order number.
For example, you may see an order with its status marked as Paid and Fulfilled, along with the total amount. This helps you quickly track the progress of your purchases.
On the right-hand side of the page, you will find your Primary Address, which shows the delivery details saved in your account. You can update or edit this information anytime by clicking the “Manage” button.
