If you forgot your FSP PIN, you may reset it by visiting this link - https://loyaltyupdate.rustans.com.ph/. Select “Forgot PIN”, enter the required details to verify your account, and then create a new PIN.
Important Note:
Your FSP (Frequent Shoppers Program) account and Rustans.com account are separate accounts with separate registrations. If you are having trouble accessing your Rustans.com account because you have forgotten your password, kindly click "Forgot Password" on the login page and follow the instructions to reset your online account password.
