FSP Registration

Be rewarded every time you shop at your favorite department store and our partner companies. There are two (2) ways in which you can sign up for FSP:

1. Download the Rustan’s FSP Mobile App and sign up as a new member for free.
    
2. Visit any Rustan’s Department Store Customer Service counter and fill out the digital application form. A fee of ₱100.00 applies and includes an FSP card.

Important Note:

Your FSP (Frequent Shoppers Program) account and Rustans.com account are separate accounts with separate registrations. If you are having trouble accessing your Rustans.com account because you have forgotten your password, kindly click "Forgot Password" on the login page and follow the instructions to reset your online account password.
