Rustans eGC

The Rustan’s Gift Card is a stored-value payment card that can be used as an alternative to cash for purchases on Rustans.com. It may also be used in Rustan’s Department Stores, depending on its format and usage.

For online transactions, gift cards are converted into an electronic gift card (eGC) and applied during checkout on Rustans.com. Please note that while gift cards are also available as physical cards, once converted for online use, they become exclusive for website transactions.

Important Gift Card Policies 

No Expiration

Rustan’s Gift Cards do not have an expiration date, allowing customers to use them at their convenience.

Activation

Gift cards purchased online will be activated within 24 hours of delivery. For assistance, customers may contact:

Non-Reloadable and Non-Replaceable

• Gift cards cannot be reloaded with additional funds
• Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced

Loyalty Points

Gift card purchases are not eligible for loyalty points.

Returns and Exchanges

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other merchandise.

Online Redemption and Conversion

To use your gift card on Rustans.com, it must first be converted into an electronic gift card (eGC) during checkout. This is done by entering the gift card number and security code at the payment stage.

Important:

• You must be logged in to your Rustans.com account to use or convert your gift card.
• Once converted, the eGC is for online use only and can no longer be used for in-store purchases.

Redemption Guidelines

Partial Redemption

• If the order total is less than the eGC value, the remaining balance will be saved for future use on Rustans.com.
• If the order total is greater than the eGC value, the gift card will be applied as a partial payment (discount), and the remaining balance can be settled using other available payment methods.
