If you receive an item with a defect or issue, don’t worry—we’re here to help.

What is covered?

An item is considered faulty if:

It is not working properly when you receive it
It has visible damage or defects upon arrival
It stops working within the warranty period (depending on the item)

What to do:

Submit a return request with your order details through the provided link.
You will be asked to upload photos of the item, including the price tag and packaging.
Once your request is approved, our team will contact you and arrange the item pickup.
After verification, we will proceed with either a replacement of the item or a repair if a replacement is not available.

For warranty returns, kindly include the Return Approval email in the parcel.

Kindly note that if you are no longer able to submit a return request through the provided link due to the 15-day return period having lapsed, you may email us directly at hello@rustans.com so we can further assist you with your concern.

In-store purchases:

If the item was bought in-store, please bring it back to the same branch with your receipt / sales invoice.

Warranty does not cover:

Accidental damage (drops, scratches, tears)
Misuse or improper handling
Water or chemical damage
Missing parts due to use
Normal wear and tear
