How to Measure Yourself

For the best fit, we recommend measuring yourself using a tape measure:

• Measure all the way around for your neck, chest, waist, hips, and arms
• Measure point to point for shoulders
• Measure point to point for inseam and outer leg

Once you have your measurements, you can compare them with the size guide or use the International Conversion Charts to find your ideal size.
