What are the available refund options?
Refunds are processed based on your original mode of payment or an agreed alternative:

The refund will be credited back to your original card. -
Online Gift Card (eGC)
You may opt to receive your refund as a Rustan’s online gift card.- No expiration
- Can be used for future purchases on Rustans.com
- Can be used partially until fully consumed

E-wallet Refund (if applicable)
Refunded back to the same e-wallet account used during purchase.
How long will it take for my refund to be processed?
Refund timelines may vary depending on the selected method:

3–30 business days after processing, depending on your bank -
E-wallet:
1–2 business days after processing -
Online Gift Card (eGC):
1–2 business days after approval
Please note that while we process refunds as quickly as possible, the final posting of funds—especially for bank/card refunds—is controlled by your issuing bank.
