Simple and seamless step-by-step process to help you complete your purchase.
 

1. To begin, go to the product page of the item you wish to order by clicking on the product image. This will take you to the product details page. Here’s an example:

   

2. Next, click the gold button that says Add to Shopping Bag as pictured below:
   

3. You'll find the product and its price on the next page. Tick the small box that says I agree with the site's terms of use and data privacy policy. Then, click Checkout.
   

4. After clicking Checkout, you will be led to a page that will ask for your contact details and shipping information. After you've filled this form out, click the button that says Continue to shipping method at the very bottom of the page.

Important Note: For a smooth checkout process, please ensure you have the subdivision or area in the City field, and the correct postcode to validate your address. 

You may also be in an area that we are unable to service at present, and an address may be rejected for this, so please check our unserviceable area for details on the site.

     5. You'll be given different options to choose from for our shipping methods. After you've chosen one, click Continue to payment method.

6. Add your payment method and indicate whether your billing address is the same as your shipping address. Afterward, click Complete Order.

7. Please wait for the confirmation window to load and do not close it until you see a successful confirmation message. This usually takes around 10 to 20 seconds. Closing the browser during this process may result in loss of data or an incomplete transaction.

Important Note: If you encounter a checkout error, please try refreshing your browser, clearing your cache, and ensuring that you have a stable internet connection before attempting again. Our website is fully supported on major browsers such as Chrome, Safari, and Firefox.
