Gift giving is meaningful and special—it doesn’t have to be stressful. Shop online and choose your gifts with ease and convenience.
How it works:
Rustan’s offers gift wrapping for select online orders. Customers may choose from the following:
- Blue Gift Wrap (₱50 per item)
- Complimentary paper gift bag (one per order)
Optional services include a complimentary gift card (upon request) and a handwritten message entered at checkout. Please note that gift wrapping may require 1–2 additional processing days.

Rustan's offers two exquisite gift-wrapping options to elevate your present:

Rustan’s signature blue wrapping with a single elegant ribbon.Complimentary Gift Bag
One flat-packed paper gift bag per order. Select “Insert a paper bag” at checkout.
Only one complimentary gift bag is provided per order.
Personalization:
- Gift Card: Available upon request; quantity matches gift-wrapped items
- Handwritten Message: Enter your message in the Order Notes at checkout
Important Notes:
- Additional bags may be provided if items do not fit one bag.
- Requests must be made before the order is sealed and assigned a tracking number.
- Separate orders are recommended for multiple delivery addresses.
- Some items are not eligible due to size, shape, or brand restrictions.
- Charriol, Montblanc, Jo Malone London, and HERMÈS are not eligible for Rustan's gift-wrapping service as these brands follow their own global standard packaging.
- Gift wrapping is available for delivery within the Philippines only.
- No changes can be made after checkout.

Rustan’s reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions or discontinue the Service at any time without prior notice.
By using this service, customers agree that:
- Rustan’s may disqualify any order with incomplete or incorrect information.
- Rustan’s is not liable for any losses, damages, or claims arising from the use of the service.
- Customers are responsible for all gift message content and must ensure it does not contain offensive or unlawful language.
- Rustan’s may refuse, remove, or edit any gift message at its discretion without prior notice.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
