Our Personal Shoppers are always dedicated to giving their clientele seamless at-home shopping options. The Personal Shopper On Call program is available to assist customers who prefer shopping from the comforts of their own homes through efficient and personalized selling assistance.

You may reach our personal shoppers via Viber at 0917 111 1952. They will be more than happy to further assist you with your shopping needs.  

Contact your favorite Rustan's store to request a personal shopper service and enjoy the same sale items and deals. A Sales Associate will be assigned to assist you with your inquiries, order confirmation, and payment transactions.

Fulfilled orders can be via curbside pick-up or items can be delivered to you for free, for a minimum purchase requirement of P5,000  while a Php 200 or Php 300 delivery fee will be charged for purchases below Php 5,000 in Metro Manila. 

For deliveries to the provinces of Luzon, there will be a fee of P500.00 while P750.00 for Visayas & Mindanao. Personal Shopper On Call is available at Rustan’s Makati, Shangri-La, Alabang, and Gateway.
