Refund Options

At Rustans.com, we offer two types of refunds depending on your preference and eligibility:

If you’re looking for a quicker and more flexible option, we can process your refund as an online gift card, which will be sent to your registered email within 3 calendar days once confirmed.

Here are the key features of the online gift card:

• No expiration date
• Applicable for purchases on Rustans.com only
• Can be used for multiple purchases (works like a prepaid card)
• If your order exceeds the gift card value, it will be applied as a discount, and the remaining balance can be paid using other payment methods

We also offer refunds back to your original payment method, though this option is subject to approval and processed on a case-by-case basis. If approved, please allow around 3–30 days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
