In the event that your selection is incorrect or unsuitable, you may return or exchange your purchase in-store or send the item back to our warehouse within 15 days of receiving it.
The item must be in saleable condition and must be presented with proof of purchase, such as an email receipt form or an official picklist that was sent with the package.
Return Guidelines
- Returns must be in unused, unopened, undamaged, unaltered, and unworn condition with tags still attached and in the state you received them. Items to be returned must be packed in original packaging.
- We reserve the right to refuse worn or damaged merchandise.
- Returns are subject to approval, and you may submit via our returns center within 15 days upon receipt.
- Upon the approval of the returns request via email confirmation, customers are given up to 10 days to return the item/s at any of Rustan's Customer Service counters in-store or at our warehouse via courier.
- Rustans.com may only process an exchange or online gift card voucher for a change of mind reason.
- The exchange may only be availed one time, either through a gift card refund or replacement of the item, as long as it's in good condition.
- Once the exchange has been processed and successfully delivered to the customer, they may no longer be eligible for another refund or replacement for a change of mind reason.
- Complete with original product tags and packaging, including, but not limited to, original shoe, accessory, gadget boxes, or garment bags

Products not valid for returns or exchanges
- For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Fine jewelry
- Underwear, lingerie, hosiery, and socks
- Swimwear, including coverups and rash guards
- Cosmetics, fragrances, and skincare
- Rustan's E-Gift Card
- Items shown as final sale on our site
Incorrect or Faulty Items
Send an email to hello@rustans.com with photos of the item, including the product tag, for investigation.
- Free pickup and replacement/repair/refund will be arranged once in favor upon investigation.
Do not use the item to ensure smooth processing.
Important Notes
- Returns not meeting conditions may be rejected or partially credited.
- Tracked shipping is required for returns.
- Incorrect delivery details are not eligible for refunds.
